How Operational Structure Creates Room for Creativity

Running a creative business takes vision, but sustaining and scaling that vision takes structure.

“The company had a strong culture and my concern walking into EOS was that EOS was going to replace that culture,” says Brian. “[But] what EOS has done has allowed us to take our culture to another level — and it’s given us the tools to actually live our values and live our culture in a way that wasn’t always easy before.”
