In the competitive Los Angeles grocery arena, Gelson’s stands apart from its competition, but it also faces challenges in how to effectively communicate these benefits outside of its loyal customer base. We worked with the Gelson’s team to refocus their online marketing strategy, highlighting the unparalleled value of shopping at their markets, to acquire new customers and inspire existing customers to shop more.
